Gladman is a qualified Chartered Accountant and registered auditor, with extensive experience in various aspects of business advisory including technical accounting, turnaround strategy, audits and audit support, equity valuations, capital structure restructuring, forecasting and budgeting, strategy formulation and implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation and Value for Money Assessment.
Gladman also teaches Financial Management to prospective Chartered Accountants and working professionals, and also marks and comments on the Financial Management paper for the ITC (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants) board exam. Gladman’s interests are in researching in the areas of business failure, persistence of earnings and IFRS vs US GAAP interface. Gladman is an accomplished academic who has presented conference papers in the subject matter of financial management.

Inonge Wamunyima is an Associate member of ZICA and ACCA. She is an accomplished and focused finance professional with vast experience in various areas across business advisory service spectrum. And has over the years provided business advisory consulting services to SMEs across a variety of industry sectors.
She has the ability to synthesize pragmatic solutions to difficult and complex matters which achieve the best outcomes and thus assist the clients develop structured business solutions to unstructured business sustainability challenges.

He possesses exceptional technical accounting/Tax ability built through years of experience of working for different organizations.
